the location was good for getting around. i could walk to most places i wanted to see. the staff were happy to hold my luggage after i checked out, and that helped me a lot. there were brochures available to help me find things to do .

the room i stayed in felt quite small. the bathroom felt very narrow too. it was hard to move around when brushing my teeth.

the location had easy access to all the main attractions. the staff was friendly, and. my room had a lovely ambiance! everything felt clean and fresh.

there were a lot of disturbing NOISES coming from the water supply in the bathroom at night. I asked for an extra towel, and i never received it. the shower heads in the bathrooms are broken, and in very bad condition.

the staff greeted me with genuine smiles each morning , eager to assist with any questions about the area. my room included a lovely small desk , perfect for writing postcards to my loved ones. the hotel also provided complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby , a good touch for a weary traveler.

the staircase proved a bit challenging after long days exploring , it felt a little steep.

mixed feelings about this place

the staircase situation was less than ideal. i was on the fourth floor (apparently, that's where all the cool kids stay) and the elevators were out of commission (for how long, i shudder to think). i wouldn't recommend this place for older individuals. there was dust all over the room.

The hotel had a great location near Leiden Square. It made it easy to walk to many attractions. The shower was amazing with strong water pressure. I found the heating invaluable during cooler evenings. The breakfast had tasty items with good options to choose from.
